How to restart Google Chrome (close all open windows)

I learned that you can restart Chrome by typing chrome://restart in the address bar and hitting Enter.

A similar command is also available to close all open windows: chrome://quit.

Before learning this, I used to run the command pkill chrome in the terminal and then open Chrome again.
